Strone, just south of Achnacarry. The body of water is the Caledonian Canal, which connects Loch Ness to Loch Linnhe. Ewen, Iain Ruadh, Lachlan and Ailein Cameron, who emigrated to Nova Scotia, were born and raised near here. The canal was built around the time that they emigrated.

Kilmallie Kirk

Kilmallie Parish Church, Corpach - The Cameron children were baptized in this parish, but the current building dates from 1781 to 1783, so was built after their baptisms.
